This scarf has embroidered and silk screened images of receipts from the artist after only one week of keeping track of expenditures. Using the scarf as a symbol of consumerism and consumption, the scarf is not only is a comfort and warmth to the wearer, but a reminder that what also is comfortable can become and hinderance and potentially dangerous.
